On the buyer side, he helps people understand what it takes to qualify and what the next steps are—especially when they’re exploring down payment assistance and first-time homebuyer paths. Kenny creates educational content such as guides, checklists, and short videos to make the process easier to understand.
He also uses modern technology—including AI tools like Claude—to plan content, write and test campaigns, and improve follow-up systems so leads get answers quickly. The goal is simple: more visibility, more qualified leads, and a smoother process for buyers, sellers, and agents.
