Over the past year, Forge has hosted community-driven colorado mortgage workshops attended by first-time buyers, veterans using VA loans, and families exploring down payment assistance. Are Forge events really free?
Yes — 100% free, no obligation. We host events because most attendees either work with us eventually or refer someone who does. That’s how the business grows.
Do I have to commit to working with Forge after?
No. The point of events is education first. Many attendees just learn what they need and move on. The ones who do hire us usually do it months later, when they’re ready.
Where are events held?
In-person workshops rotate between Denver, Aurora, and Westminster. Virtual events use Zoom — link sent after RSVP. Locations are noted on each event card above.
Can I bring a partner or friend?
Absolutely. Most home decisions involve two people. Just put both names on the RSVP form so we have enough materials.
How do I get notified about future events?
Subscribe to the newsletter (Section E above) or follow Forge on social. New events are usually announced 3-4 weeks out.
